The Courses
First Aid at Work (HSE approved)
A practical and enjoyable course delivering the skills needed by a first aider in the modern workplace. It will give you the confidence and knowledge to deal with first aid emergencies.
First Aid at Work Re-qualifcation (HSE Approved)
This course updates your first aid skills in order to renew your statutory First Aid at Work certificate
Our Emergency First Aid Courses are designed to address the needs of your work environment. Completing this course will also meet the requirements of Appointed Person status, in accordance with the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations.
This course is ideal for smaller lower risk workplaces, where a nominated or appointed person is required to take charge in the event of an illness or accident.

Medical Emergency Training in Schools
This course is designed to give school staff & teachers the confidence to deal with another member of staff, pupil, or visitor suffering from a medical emergency. It includes an element of theoretical training supported by practical exercises.
The construction industry represents huge risks to those who work in it. This course takes the Approved First Aid at Work course and delivers it with the construction industry in mind, including situations and specific dangers. In this way we meet the specific needs of those being taught. All training is approved by the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) for funding purposes.
First Aid for working with the elderly
This is a practical course deisgned around your needs. As well as the important features of Emergency First Aid it also covers those injuries and illnesses which are more prominent in the elderly.
Automatic defibrillation is becoming used more and more in modern business. This course teaches the essential skills required for someone to become an AED operator and gives students the confidence to know what to do in an emergency.
Designed to train individuals the basic CPR skills to keep someone alive. Some theory is supported by a highly practical and enjoyable training experience.
