| Description | Employers and the self employed have a legal duty to assess health and safety risks. Anyone carrying out a risk assessment needs to have the necessary knowledge, skills and qualification. This qualification ensures that supervisors and managers have the necessary depth of understanding to enable them to carry out risk assessments and to meet legislative requirements. | |||||||||

| Prerequisites | > Delegates will benefit greatly from having completed the Level 3 Certificate in Health and Safety in the Workplace (Supervising Safely). >There are 2 projects to be completed which will require a work setting. |
