As the Business and Finance Director and Senior Trainer for First Aid at Arion Training and Development, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. With a background with Lincolnshire Lives Responders and an ex-driving instructor, Kelly seamlessly integrates her skills into the health and safety sector, leading with commitment and excellence.
Outside of work, Kelly is an enthusiastic skier and Kickboxer, always seeking new challenges and adventures. She also loves spending her weekends cheering on her boys at the side of a football pitch. Kelly believes that just as a well-prepared training session can save lives, a well-balanced life filled with passion and family can bring people together.
