As a Health and Safety Consultant at Arion Training and Development, Sophie brings a wealth of expertise and a proactive approach to the team. With her NEBOSH qualification and Tech IOSH certification, she is well-equipped to handle a variety of health and safety challenges. Recently, Sophie has also become one of our First Aid Trainers, further expanding her skill set and contributions to the team.

Outside of her professional life, Sophie is a devoted dog lover, always finding joy in the company of her beloved dog, Sue. She is a dedicated gym-goer, maintaining her fitness with regular workouts. Additionally, Sophie has a passion for baking, and her brownies are a favorite among her colleagues (they are to die for!)
