Who should take this course
This course is suitable for those who would like to better understand how to raise a complaint to their employer on harassment and bullying in the workplace. The course explains the processes for compaints, investigation and appeals.
The course is also useful for employers who will be able to learn how to deal with complaints, when to carry out investigations and the appeals process. The knowledge learnt on this course will allow you to start to assist people through the complaints procedure.
No previous knowledge is needed to complete this course.

Assessment
Each module will have a set of questions you must answer correctly in order to successfully finish that module.
You will be asked multiple choice questions for each module and must achieve a pass mark of 70%. They are marked automatically as you progress so you will know whether you have passed the section before moving on to the next.
