Aims of the Course

By the end of the course, you will be able to;

• Understand what Twitter is and what it can be used for.
• Undertsand how to use Twitter.
• Learn how to create an account.
• Understand 3rd party organisations and how to use the correctly with your social media platforms.
• Understand how to successfully use twitter to be social and how to stay active on Twitter.

Who should take this course

This course is suitable for anyone whose job role requires them to use social media.

The course is also suitable for parents, guardians, or anyone who would like to gain a better understanding of how Twitter works or how it can be applied to businesses.

No previous knowledge or experience is needed to complete this course.

Course Content

Assessment

Each module will have a set of questions you must answer correctly in order to successfully finish that module.

You will be asked a series of multile choice questions, for which the pass mark is 70%. The questions are marked automatically as you progress, so you will know whether you have passed the section before moving onto the next.

Certification

All of our courses are accredited by the CPD Certification Service as conforming to universally accepted Continuing Professional Development (CPD) guidelines.

On successful completion of the course, you will be sent an electronic quality assured certificate. This can be used to provide evidence for compliance and audit.
